Plumcreek Place Looks Back On 2013

Taking a cue from Dawn at "We Call It Junkin" I thought I might review 2013 in my life.  Other than starting my blog in August my life did not have any real highs or any real lows.  Just a steady keel to navigate by. Starting my blog has been the highlight of 2013.  But by no means was it the whole thrust of my life during the year. And so now I say,  "pictures please".

The seasonal year for me starts with Valentine's Day.  In mid-January (right after the Christmas trees are put away) I haul out my Valentines Day stash and start decorating a tree.

This Year I will have a pink tree to decorate for Valentines Day.

I like to set a table for Valentines Day just for my husband and myself.  But it seems we always have these pesky little visitors,  they stare at us all during the meal.  What do you do when a pesky little cherub invites himself to dinner? Answer - ignore him.

No sooner than those pesky little cherubs up and leave, the leprechauns invite themselves to dinner too.

Now we come to the bunnies.  They are even more rude than the cherubs and the leprechauns put together. They are everywhere.

In May when the bunnies have been safely rounded up and packed away the dining table turns to the vivid colors of Cinco De Mayo

  1. Oh myyyyyyyy - I can't even begin to pick a favorite - I'd have to start at the first one and go right through. I'm so impressed with all your figural dishes - the easter eggs, the punkins, - or so many - I love them all. Your table settings make me want to try harder with mine (and shop more LOL). Everything is wonderful.
